    1. I’m giving a testimony about Dr. KOKOBI the great Herbalist, he has the
cure to all manner of diseases, he cured my  breast cancer, though I
went through different website I saw different testimonies about
different spell casters and herbalist, I was like: ‘Many people have
the breast cancer remedy, So why are people still suffering from it?’ I thought of
it, then I decided to contact kokobiherbalremedycentre@gmail.com , I didn’t believe him that
much, I just wanted to give him a try, he replied my mail and Needed
some Information about me, then I sent them to him, he prepared it
(CURE) and sent it to Airfreight Online Courier Service for delivery,
he gave my details to the Courier Office, they told me that 3-5 days I
will receive the package and i took the medicine as prescribed by him
and I went for check-up 1 week after finishing the medicine, I was
tested breast cancer negative, if you are breast cancer patient or any cancer patient at all. Do me
a favour for you to contact him and I will try my possible best to make
sure you get cured, when you contact him, make sure you tell him that i referenced you.. contact him via: kokobiherbalremedycentre@gmail.com You can also message him on whatsapp +254746618873 and for more info message me @ pamela.drews77@gmail.com

  2. Jeff you have given me strength that I didn't know I had. You were like another brother to me growing up. I want you to know that today I gave a presentation to undergraduate students visiting MD Anderson Cancer Center and at the end I had slides about you, talking about your strength, and talking about how wonderful you are and how important it is to find a cure because people like you should not be victims to this horrible disease. I will now dedicate every presentation I give on my cancer research to you. I love and miss you so much. You will continue to inspire so many people by your blog. You have touched so many lives, and I surely know you have touched mine. I will see you again some day, I just know it.

    With love always,

  7. It's impossible for me to put the right thing to say into words.

I am going to miss you buddy. I am going to miss your sense of humor, your analytical way of looking at things, your sincere enthusiasm to join me in any and all stupidity, your different taste in music, and all the great times we had in Dallas and beyond.

You're a wonderful soul Jeff, and I am more than proud to call you a friend.

  14. I am so sad to read that Jeff has passed from this life, but he is now free of pain and his horribly unfair disease.

I began communicating with Jeff last June. My husband, son, and I had the joyous pleasure of meeting Jeff when he was in Dallas last December. Jeff has left a wonderful legacy. He inspired us with his honesty, humor, amazing courage, and strength.

To all Jeff's family and closest friends, may God wrap His arms around you and comfort you. You will continue to be in my prayers.

    Heaven has gained an angel!

Like Sandy, I will continue to write to him because I cannot bear to stop.

You have lived more in your short years than the rest of us could ever hope for in our lifetimes.
    See you soon Jeffrey.

  16. Dearest Autumn,

Thank you for sharing Jeff with us all and letting us be "voyeurs" into your life 'Living with the Big C'.

Hopefully what we all take away from this is to continue to HOPE and LOVE deeper and more often than we did before.

To cherish every moment God has given us and the people He chose to place in our lives.

May God's peace be with you always.

  22. I am so sorry for your loss. I wanted to let you all know I'm thinking of you.

I'm also from Dallas. I knew of Jeff, but didn't really know him personally.

I just finished reading through the blog. His attitude was amazing and very inspiring. I too had cancer. I was diagnosed in 2009 with breast cancer. I was only 31 and my kids were just 3 and 1. It was a rough year (surgeries, chemo, etc), so I know somewhat about what it was like. Luckily I'm doing a lot better.

I was so sad to hear about Jeff's passing. Just from the little I knew he seemed like an amazing guy.

Thinking of your and your family.

  28. Dear Jeff, family, and friends...

Although I did not know you personally, I was moved and changed forever by reading your blog. Your strength, courage, and ability to maintain your sense of humor was truely amazing. I am running my first marathon race this Saturday, and will do so in your honor. I pray for all your loved ones as they work through this difficult time. You taught me to never take life for granted, and cherish each and every moment life offers. It is people like you that make this world a better place.

God Bless you and your family.

  29. My heart hurts because I realize how much Jeff will be missed by his family and friends. Thankfully, he is no longer suffering from a disease that tested his will and ultimatly his mortality. This blog is a testimony to his courage in the face of each moment's certainty and the inspiration his journey meant to those who've observed the path he walked every day.

    God's speed Jeff...

  30. All of us at Orthopedics This Week are breathing a little deeper today.

    Jeffrey Guyer’s Legacy
Orthopedics This Week • Tue, Jun 7th, 2011

"Continue to breathe in hope and breathe out love."

Those were the last words written by Jeffrey Guyer on his blog, "Living With The Big C," on Saturday June 4. Jeff passed away peacefully this past Monday, June 6, after a year-long fight with sarcoma.

Jeff was an award winning orthopedic engineer who led a team at Alphatec Spine that designed the GLIF (guided lumbar interbody fusion) procedure which allowed surgeons to perform a full circumferential fusion of the spine without having to flip the patient over on the operating table. The procedure won an OTW Best Spine Technology Award in 2009 in the Minimally Invasive Care category.

Jeff is also the son of Rick and Shelley Guyer. Rick Guyer, M.D., is a past president of the North American Spine Society and a founder of the Texas Back Institute.

The larger family of orthopedics is made up of countless men and women whose ultimate aim is to heal. There are many in this family that have lost a battle to illness and we can never tell all their stories. But we write about Jeff because he was an articulate young man who through his blog was able to capture the spirit of hope and love that represents the best of professional competence and human compassion in this bigger family of healers.

If you met Jeff Guyer and knew him for only five minutes, you knew Jeff. His infectious smile, unbridled enthusiasm for his craft and obvious joy of the "moment" gave you a full and unfiltered view of his personality.

Below is Jeff's last blog. We share this because his admonition to continue to breathe in hope and breathe out love is inspiring and fuels everyone in orthopedics who gets up every day to find a better way to heal their fellow human beings.

Happy Trails to you Jeffrey Guyer. You left a trail of smiles.

  31. Hi Jeff and family,

I have actually never met any of you, but was sent this blog a few days ago. I read all the entries and most of the comments, and was thinking about you all last night. I can't put into words how much your words have affected a stranger. I am so sad to hear of his passing, and if I, a stranger, sit here with tears streaming down my face, I can only imagine what his friends and family are feeling. It was so brave to share this journey with the world, and I wanted to thank you for that. I will have your family in my thoughts, and wish you peace and comfort. I hope that you can take joy in the fact that although Jeff was taken from you much to soon, people go their entire lives without meeting someone like Jeff, and that is the true loss.

  35. well, Jeff, at this time I'm usually writing you an email, but now I don't know where else to write but here. I hope you are "setteled in" and are enjoying your Heavenly home. I had forgotten to tell you a funny story of when our TBI clinic was putting together the gift basket for the Team Jaguar auction. I had the bright idea of trying to find a jaguar, either a toy car or a little animal, to put in the basket. Brad and I looked everywhere; Toy-r-us, walmart, Target, a local feed store, Michaels, Hobby Lobby. I think that's everywhere we looked. Never did find one! But, we had fun looking, anyway.

Someone posted that if you ever spent even 5 minutes with Jeff, you "knew" him. We spent only 2 hours with Jeff, but I know what this comment meant. I will always remember you, Jeff. You have definately made a difference in my life and I will forever be grateful to you..and I did write that to you not long ago.

To Autumn, Dr. Guyer, Shelly, sisters and other dear family, I pray for yur comfort during these days and beyond.

  36. Dr. Guyer and Family,

My Heart goes out to all of you. As others have said here and on other forums that are celebrating Jeff's life, I feel that I have lost by not having known Jeff. He was clearly a very special person and you are a special family. I will keep Jeff and all of you in my thoughts and prayers. And may his memory shine brightly within all of you and warm your hearts forever.

    With Warmest Condolences,

  37. I did not have the privilege of ever meeting Jeff or Autumn or their family. My brother-in-law, Daniel Bradley and his wife Nina (my sister), told me about Jeff and his fight against cancer last year and then shared the news of his passing with me today. My deepest, deepest condolences go to his wife and family as they grieve the loss of their beloved husband and son. I wish I had had the privilege of knowing him. It has been such an inspiration today to read his words through his blog. What an amazing man!

My thoughts and prayers will be with you all this week and in the coming days. God bless you.

    With deepest sympathy,
